Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Diesel Verified Tech, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information. Diesel USA Holdings LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. DVT Points

DVT Points are earned through verified daily engagement. Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Points may be converted to DSLCN tokens subject to tier eligibility and conversion rules. Diesel USA Holdings LLC reserves the right to adjust point values, earning rules, and conversion rates at any time.

4. DSLCN Token Disclaimer

DSLCN is a utility token on the Solana blockchain. DSLCN does not represent equity, ownership, profit rights, or any financial instrument. Holding or receiving DSLCN does not guarantee access to services, listings, or integrations. Crypto assets carry significant risk including loss of value. This is not financial advice.

5. Identity Verification

Identity verification is powered by Stripe Identity. Your identity documents are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Diesel USA Holdings LLC stores your verification status but does not store raw identity documents.

6. Community Conduct

The CB social feed is a community space for professional trucking industry participants. You agree not to post false information, harassing content, or content that violates applicable law. Diesel USA Holdings LLC reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts at its discretion.

7. Location Data

Daily check-ins collect GPS coordinates to verify your location. This data is used solely for verification purposes and earning DVT points. Location data is not sold to third parties.

8. Subscriptions

Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

9. GPS Rewards Program

GPS rewards are available exclusively to Tier 2 subscribers who have completed identity verification through Stripe Identity. By starting a GPS session you consent to continuous location tracking for the duration of that session. GPS earnings are capped at 5,000 DVT per day and 750 miles per day. Speeds below 15 mph do not count toward mileage. DVT earned through GPS sessions is subject to the same vesting, conversion rules, and rate changes as all other DVT earnings. Diesel USA Holdings LLC reserves the right to audit GPS session data and reverse earnings from sessions that appear fraudulent or do not reflect genuine commercial CDL driving activity. GPS accuracy depends on device hardware and signal availability. Diesel USA Holdings LLC is not liable for inaccurate GPS readings. Rates, caps, and eligibility requirements may change at any time at the sole discretion of Diesel USA Holdings LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

Diesel USA Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

Diesel USA Holdings LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app announcement.
