Diesel USA Holdings LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes. We never have and we never will.

Your data is used exclusively to operate the DVT app, process your rewards, and provide you with services you have requested. Full stop.

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email address, phone number, full name, location, and optionally a Solana wallet address. We also collect GPS data during active GPS Rewards sessions, which is used solely for mileage verification and DVT point calculation.

We use third-party services to operate the platform — Stripe for payments, Cloudinary for photos, Resend for email — but these are processors acting on our behalf, not buyers of your data.

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
