1. What We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, state, CDL class, years of experience, and profile photo when you create an account. We collect GPS coordinates during daily check-in tasks to verify your location. We collect photos uploaded as evidence during pre-trip check-ins. We collect device fingerprint information to protect your account from unauthorized access.

2. Why We Collect It

Your name, email, and phone are used to create and secure your account. Your CDL information is used to display your professional experience badge. GPS coordinates are used solely to verify check-in location and award DVT points. Profile photos are used to personalize your driver profile. Device fingerprint is used to detect and block unauthorized login attempts.

3. Who Sees Your Data

Your full name, phone number, and email are never shown publicly. Only your display handle and profile photo are visible to other drivers. Diesel USA Holdings LLC administrative staff can view account information for support and compliance purposes only. No third party ever receives your personal information.

4. GPS Location Tracking

When you use the GPS Rewards feature, your device location is tracked continuously during an active session. GPS coordinates are used solely to calculate miles driven and DVT points earned. Route data is stored in your account to display your session history. GPS data is never sold to third parties and is never shared with advertisers. You must explicitly start a GPS session to enable tracking. You can end the session at any time. GPS rewards are only available to Tier 2 subscribers who have completed identity verification. Daily caps of 750 miles and 5,000 DVT apply.

5. How Long We Keep It

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. DVT ledger records may be retained in anonymized form for ecosystem reporting purposes.

5. Stripe and Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Diesel USA Holdings LLC never sees or stores your credit card information. Identity verification is processed by Stripe Identity. Your identity documents are handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights use the data deletion option in your Logbook or contact support@dieselusaholdings.com. We will respond to verifiable data requests within 30 days of receipt. No fee will be charged for submitting a request unless the request is excessive or repetitive.

7. Data Security

We use PBKDF2/SHA512 password hashing, device-level security with approval requirements for new devices, 30-day session tokens, and HTTPS encryption on all data in transit. Sensitive fields are protected at the application level.

8. GDPR and CCPA

If you are a resident of the European Union or California you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively including the right to data portability and the right to opt out of data sale. We honor all such requests. Contact support@dieselusaholdings.com.
